small tips to feel more attractive

- make sure you keep your teeth clean! brush, floss and use mouthwash to make sure your teeth are always clean and your breath is fresh. if you need to, you can get plaque disclosing tablets, which show you where the plaque is on your teeth. a bright smile always makes someone look much better :)

- this sounds really simple but make sure you get a good nights sleep! your body needs time to repair itself and give you the energy you need for the next day. it helps your skin and stops you from looking worn out the next day.

- try to smell good. weird as it sounds, generally you feel a bit better if you smell nice. make sure you shower at least once a day, wear scented lotion straight out of the shower and then wear perfume when you go out. make sure you don’t layer too many scents (e.g stick to just citrus or floral scents, not both)

- try something different with your appearance now and again. this goes for guys out there too! try wearing slightly heavier jewellery or trying a different hairstyle. we all tend to feel better when we feel ‘put together’, which is generally what trying something new appearance-wise does.

- try to be kinder and more open towards others. attractiveness is not purely appearance, it’s about how you affect those around you. try making small talk with someone who you are waiting in a line with, or strike up a conversation with someone you don’t know well.

remember, being attractive is not about how you look. it is about how you feel in yourself. charisma, confidence and friendliness are what really attracts people.
